I woke up the this morning absolutely craving speed, it's been roughly 4 months since I touched, but I feel like I need it to keep going, can anyone tell me how they've got through similar addictions. I need help.

Well, I wasn't addicted to speed, but i did it one minute at a time, and I'm not kidding. One DAY was too darn long! So I counted the minutes. It worked for me. i figured if i could get thru a minute i was ok. Then if I got thru THAT minute, I could get thru another, then another, then another, etc. Pretty soon I'd gone thru a whole day!

That's the ONLY was i coulld do it. Plus i went to meetings too. I HAD to have support. I couldn't do stuff like that on my own.

I now have 19 years clean/sober. Thank God!!!
