well had my first session today with my alcohol advisor/therepist 1 of 6 he ..thinks(and very nice looking might i had)...anyway i feel really confident about me giving the demon booze up and he gave some good advice of which i would never of known because my gp could not be ars** to tell me, like i can be prescribed a high dose of vitamin b compound to help with brain functioning, also he suggested buying a lower percent wine say 7 or 8 i never would of thought of that..(stupid me) ****
so am sooo glad i didnt get cold feet and cancle the app. is anyone else having councelling, would like some advice or support with is please

i combined therapy with a phd psychologist who had extra traing in addictions. i coupled this with AA. it worked! had so many behaviors that set me up for the drink. AA gave me the tools to stay sober.
