Hi. I'm new here. I have many problems, but one is addiction to exercise. I was used to working out 2 hours a day 6 times a week at least, now I have been cut to the gym twice a week. It's hard I struggle but I know it's best.

Hi Lisa8010, nice to meet you. I know with my addictions it was hard and still is sometimes. But we have to do the right thing for our body, and our mind. I had always gone overboard in all my addictions. At some time in my life, I had to grow up. Its inspiring to hear that you are trying hard and that you know that its not good for you, I know that when we try hard to do the right thing, it works out for the best. Please let us know how you are doing.
