My husband says he's going to a meeting I think it's called Smart Recovery. Think they use CBT. Anyone have information/opinions about this?

Thank you benzenering for the link. I couldn't make it work on my phone so I'll try it on the puter.

Has anyone found these groups helpful?

I have not gone to the face to face meetings, but in the online meetings everyone has been supportive. It's good to have a non-AA choice.

He's going tonight. Something needs to work. If he doesn't quit, bad things are likely to happen.

Oh and I did find the link, thanks. I signed up on the forums.
