This girl lives acros the country and has a boyfriend but I really want to tell her how I feel. Is it unsober to do this? I know interfering with a relationship isn't sober behavior....

Hi. You should telll. Being honest in a couple relationship will make it good for the two of you. Just explained it in the way that he will not be surprise so much.
