Your mother catches you playing on your little tiny handheld console when you're supposed to be doing some other thing that you're told to do. Even if you told her you did it, she takes the thing off you. What would you do?
Try to get it back from her (by looking around the house for it when she's not around?) Have bad feelings for your mother? (It doesn't have to be the mother catching you out. Could be your dad, or any other person meant to look after you.)

accept the consequences of your actions and do what you are told until you earn your game back. then do what you are told in the future so that you don't get it taken away again.

Suck it up and try earn her trust to get it back. Or, if the handheld has already been disposed, do enough good so you can get a new one. And next time, just do your stuff first before messing around.
