Question: What do you remember was your recent emotional hangover? (discression ok) Is there times you're just feeling your feeling and not actually doing too bad amid difficulites. Which ones that you had this week?

The step 6 noticing of "my" defects, usually causes me to get an emotional hangover alittle bit.

The sponsor said that the reason that the inventory sheet on flaws, defects and misbehavin sets my mind spinning is because "THAT'S POWERFUL STUFF" It is feelings that deal with the ego, feelings that deal with belonging etc and that the powerful stuff, (thinking about changing them-(alone-just-getting willing and pondering it simply-) -She said can even bring one on. Anyway that's what she told me. I asked he what to do.

She said to just "Relax and Trust"
She said "Time takes Time Too"
She said "God may or may not decide to do something about flaws and defects that "I point out to myself "and that some of them "Higher Power "may not think are rotten rotten bad bad bad flaws"
She said to Just trust
