How do you even get prescription diet pills these days? I thought they stopped prescribing them for diet years ago???

I was addicted to meth amphetamine for five years many years ago. Amphetamines are very powerful and can mess you right up. I didn't use to lose weight but knew plenty of woman who did.

I don't get the prescription pills. I get the OTC ones from GNC.
I was also addicted to ADHD pills many years ago. Addiction never gets away from me.

I am not familiar with the OTC from GNC. Except for ephedra which they don't sell in the US anymore.

Addiction can be overcome. 19 years clean and sober for me. But I am still addicted to cigarettes and pepsi to some degree. Some occasional pot use in recent years trying it for depression and anxiety but it doesn't work for me for that in all honesty.

I was once very dependent on diet pills for the energy to get through my work day. I did these for several years and then graduated to speed and amphetamines. The one thing I'll say is the diet pills made me very depressed. Take care of yourself. See a doctor and tell them your struggles!

I used to be addicted to phentermine. You can walk in any "weight loss clinic" around here and get them.
That was before I was diagnosed as bipolar. Talk about phen rage.....it was not a good mix.

I took diet pills for many many years until they made them that you couldn't get them without a prescription. Then I had to quit cold turkey. I had no effects from it except that I got very fat again. I miss them. I took them responsibly. One a day after a good meal. And they helped keep the weight off. I took a chance and asked my doctor if he would prescribe them and he flat out refused. Said they cause heart attacks.

Diet pills have dangerous side effect anxiety, heart issue, mood swings. So it's better to avoid and stay fit and healthy.

I am 100% addicted to stimulants. Caffeine, adderall, vyvanse and cognitive nootropics (adrafanil). I take them to cope with my exhausting depression 😥
