My girlfriend has been binge drinking daily if she can find some alcohol. (No Money) If she gets some booze, she'll hide it and drink it alone to numb her issues. If I find it I lock it away. When she does have money she'll go and buy more. Is there a way to prevent her from using it to cope? Her mother is an alcoholic. Is it too late?

Its never to late. But whether you can do anything about it is another matter. She has to want to stop and I am afraid you will not be able to stop her. You can threaten to leave her but that has to be a serious threat that you follow through with.
