My stress level at work is going way up. At work, I have a new person I am training—this week I train her 5 hours a day. I have to train her and still get my job done. Then there is also my graduate school…When I get under stress like this I sometimes have cravings to drink after work. One of my biggest excuses to drink was my stress level from work and school—as soon as I got off I would drink until I no longer remembered the stress—until it all disappeared. Already my mind is thinking that it would be nice to escape…just shut everything off for a few hours.

Hello DPM.
I am very sorry you are having this much stress in your life at this time. If you talk to your Dr at this time the Dr can adjust your meds to help you get through this stressful time you are having. I hope things get better for you soon, and you get a break from all of the stress soon. Take care soidhonia

Just remember that all the problems will still be there when you wake up with a hangover.
![]() Stress sucks in the moment, but it will pass. You'll get this girl trained and then return to your normal work life. I have faith that you won't pick up over this. You've come too far!!!
