No one can say for sure. It depends on metabolism and weight and food intake and how much you want to drink.

Maybe the psych doc would have more success if you went the way you usually are? Hiding things from the docs tend to get us the wrong diagnosis and the wrong meds. Just food for thought.

Actually my first meeting with him was on the 14th at 9a.m and I was so nervous that I dranked and took a pain pill. He said he couldn't diagnose me because I was so looped so made an appt for 2 weeks later. I don't want him to throw me out on my ears for showing up drunk again. He gave me instructions to follow and the first one was no alcohol or medication that didn't belong to me. geeeeeee

Ok, well I'd not drink or take any pills that whole day then. And make sure you're honest about your drinking and pill consumption though, so he doesn't give you something that mixes poorly.

Yeah, that is what I was thinking as well. I thought at first I had to quit for a whole week but I think as long as I go in there sober that will be good enough. Thanks again! How Long Does It Take

I know it is becoming bad when I can't wait for everyone to leave and I only have the one baby to watch, I will drink but get rid of the alcohol breath before his mom gets back from work.
