I am not sure about my exact sobriety date--I know it is somewhere before or on the 9th of the month. So, its the 10th, I can safely say I have 15 months of sobriety. YAH for me! Maybe I should not be tooting my own horn...but, I am going to anyway, because this is the longest I have ever been sober since I was a kid. Generally, I don't really count days or months, but for some reason this 15 months seems like such a hurdle I've overcome.
Sobriety is the best thing that has ever happened to me! My life is so much better--the depression is better--the anxiety is better...this is amazing.

And toot that horn loudly. Not only are you letting us in on your joy, you're showing someone with 30 days, or 2 days, or 6 months, that it can be done. Never forget that all the "one days at a time" that you put together, are showing someone else that its possible. When I was new, I posted every single month that I got. I've been here since before I got sober, so this community has been instrumental in my recovery. I always post updates on my anniversaries. And I LOVE seeing others' accomplishments. So you posting yours gives me warm fuzzies which helps me stay in gratitude, which helps me stay sober too. So post those anniversaries babe!!!!! WHOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  ~Rayna
