So in the past 60 hours, 8 of those were sleeping. And I feel great. Awake. Energetic. Happy. Giggly. Like a natural high. Yet for some reason this makes me feel rather reckless and slightly triggered towards my old self injury ways were I use to get my high.

Make any sense?

But being this happy and giggly- can it be wrong?

I think I feel it's wrong because I know when I'm truly happy happy I don't act this way... but this feels so much fun at the same time.

Wow. I'm confused.

8 hrs sleep in 60 is kind of worrying. Is it possible it is mania?

I don't know. I don't know much about mania. I had good reason. I've been traveling so I don't think its that.

No. Self Injury as in cutting, burning, choking, dumb stuff like markers and sleeping pills. I know its bad. Especially when I type it out.

Thats what I thought. Thats why I asked about a possible history of mental illness. What you are going through sounds like mania but that doesn't mean it is. Like watch the reckless thing.
