I thought not drinking would lighten up the switching and triggering, nope. We just don't have a bunch of drunk parts running around causing mayhem.
Which is good, very real good- and inexpensive, too! No real reason to drink actually, just another dumb habit I'm glad that everyone is on board on breaking- finally. We crave something more though. Alcohol was just a poor substitute that we've been readily choosing. No more. What we actually are craving is called "relief". Where do you find relief for the likes of us? We've tried AA, but that only does it for a few of us. Maybe a combination of activities to suit all types? Maybe. It only takes one disgruntled part to throw off the balance. Life is so complicated. Anyone know where a cup of relief can be had? |

I do not know where a cup of relief is, alwayschanging, I am seeking that cup of relief as well.
I have tried meeting...not this time around-but in the past. Counseling, etc. I need to find a new outlet for my stress. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I would like a cup of that relief also...but I can guarantee you wont find it in alcohol.
Alcohol lies to you and makes you feel all loved and comfy..then it goes behind your back and robs you of your life. try intherooms.com for online meetings on your terms Last edited by tomswife6975; Oct 29, 2015 at 07:26 PM. Reason: added link |
