Hi Ecolson74: I'm sorry you are in such a difficult place. But you're here on PC. And that's at least one good thing (hopefully!)

I don't want to be tossing out some kind of easy advice... (something that sounds good to me because I don't have to do it...)
Since you're unemployed, you probably also don't have much in the way of health insurance either I'm guessing. But if there are any free or income-adjusted mental health services where you live, perhaps seeing a counselor or therapist might help you to find a way forward. What's important here, it occurs to me, is to find a way to just pick one or two things you can begin to work on, & make progress on, so that you can begin to chip away at this "wall of difficulty" you're facing. Looking at it, all at the same time, must make it seem just insurmountable. But taking it one piece at a time can make it seem more manageable. And even one or two small successes can form the basis for many more.
Of course, continuing to post here on PC can help too. There are many knowledgeable & caring members here. And the more you post, & reply to other members' posts, the more connected to the community you will become. Please take care... & keep posting!
