Hi there, My name is Kristen and I'm having a difficult time getting clean and sober. I thought maybe I could get some support in this room. I struggle with Meth and Alcohol. I need help I know, but am having trouble getting it.

Hi Kristen,
It's good that you're looking at your alcohol and drug use. Alcohol is something I've struggled with for a long time. Would a detox and program, either residential or outpatient, be an option for you. I know I found treatment to be very beneficial in giving me a solid base for recovery. splitimage
