It's gone by really fast, but I'm being discharged from rehab today. I'm both excited and nervous. It's been a really great experience, and I feel like I'm ready to leave.
Next up, assuming I don't start a new job, I'm scheduled to do a 10 week IOP rehab program at my local hospital. Looking forward to that. splitimage

Thanks everyone.
The IOP is going really well, but it's tiring, even though it's only 1/2 days - it's intense. I had my first aftercare session at the residential rehab last night, and it was good. It's a small group, only 8 of us, all women, and it runs for a year. I expect it will be good support. splitimage
