Today is 123 days and 4 calendar months sober. This makes me really happy, as it's the longest I've been sober in ages.

And the best part is I'm not having any really strong cravings to drink, if anything it's the opposite, when I think about drinking now, I feel slightly sick and disgusted.

I'm still in IOP rehab and that's really helping.

One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand

That's awesome!! I'm two months sober now and the thought of going back makes me sick. Especially the withdrawal I had to go through. Never again! Congrats to you and I wish us both many more months or years of sobriety4 months sober
