My addictions are foods, such as chocolate and cheese, but especially chocolate.
I actually crave for it. It's more than a need, I must have it! And yes, I have binges especially when I'm going through a particular hard time. I know I and it is wrong. I know I'm damaging my health, yet I do it.
Last night I bought a pack of cheese, and today it's gone. Completely gone!
Also when I'm very depressed I might buy some Alize.

Well, I don't know. As addictions go, one could do worse than chocolate & cheese I would guess. These are certainly two of my favorites too. Oh... along with mixed nuts! (Hey... you are what you eat!)

I know exactly what you're going through. I'm bulimic so I eat all the food but throw it up. When I was 18, Drs told me I wouldn't live more than a couple years. I'm now 29. I'm hooked on sugars and cheeses and salt and any kind of junk I can get my hands on. It fills a void. A boredom. It makes me freakin happy and numb. Studies prove that eating these processes junk food releases endorphins just like sex or a drug. I totally feel your pain. If you ever want a distraction or someone to talk some sense iNto you feel free to PM me. I'm not glad your hurting but I'm glad I found someone on here going through what I do almost every day.
