I think I'm literally addicted to shopping. I spend way more than I should on things I don't need, and I've gotten myself into a bit of debt doing it. What can I do to control my shopping urge more? How can I make sure I don't spend money I don't have?

Welll.... My idea is when you go shopping only take a certain amount of money in your pocket with you unless you use a credit card which complicates things. But if you use cash take like 15 bucks or something that way you cant buy something you cant pay for!

Maybe explore with a T what needs are you trying to fill with shopping and other ways to fill those needs.
