I always hated weed.
It made me paranoid...made me feel ugly..made me tired.

I reached a desperate point about a month ago when my anxiety was so high and I didn't want to reach for a drink.

So I asked someone for a joint. And then I smoked it and I felt completely different than I did years ago.

When I smoked that joint..I definitely felt euphoric...I definitely felt...more relaxed...so psychologically I have become addicted...and I used to wait until it was at least after 12 in the afternoon to smoke because smoking in the a.m. impacts me more....but NOW...I look forward to...after 2 hours of being awake in the a.m. I go for the joint

I had my X husband get me a bag of weed and I paid 100 dollars for it!
That is a lot of frigin money.

BUT, the amount of weed I have should last me at least a month. Which is about 3.50 a day...which isn't bad broken down that way...but I am concerned a little bit that now I have this NEW habit.

Depends on your perspective, do you believe the federal narrative that Marijuana is nothing more than a narcotic the same as meth/crack/etc...or do you follow science and think critically to understand it as a medication?

I believe the federal narrative...that is why I am struggling with what I am doing. I would feel better and change my prespective if one or both of these things would happen:

1. My state legalized marijuana
2. If my state did NOT legalize it but I obtained a prescription for it.

Which I CAN obtain a prescription for it and I am waiting for a friend to send me the name of the ONE Dr. in my area that does prescribe it.

That SAID...I will have to pay a lot of money to see the Dr. as they don't take medical coverage..and then I would also have to pay a lot more for the "legal" marijuana if I obtain a medical card for the weed. And THAT is pissing me off....more money all over the place.
