so ,my alcohol consumption has increased from two bottles of wine a week to three and h is less than impressed after nine months dry and promises to keep it at one less than a month ago, but how do i tell him the absolute truth is alcohol is the only thing keeping me alive right now , he forces me to stay on this planet so i do it anyway i can.

Hang in there. My fiancé left me and still hasn't moved back in. Had to go through first 3 months of sobriety alone. Now I resent him. Sounds like your H is understanding so be open with him I reckon.
