Hi,
Could you tell me what time it is at by NewYork time, I can get my bearings from there because I know its 5 hours later in the uk, from NY time, I might stay up/ wake up one night, I'd like to see how this works.

New York is 3 hours ahead of me....so it would be at 10pm New York time.

So thats 8 hours which means 3.30 am, yes, but I like doing extreme things sometimes, and this is hardly daring, going to an online meeting at 3am compared to the ............ things I've done, but it would be a one off, if I did do it, I wouldnt make a habit of it! Recovery Chat

Thanks everyone who attended the first ever Recovery Chat!!! I think it went extremely well. For those who couldn't make it, we basically just had a discussion "meeting" about how we've all started to recover and we just shared our experience strenth and hope. It was a good meeting and I hope you can all return or come for the first time next week!!
