I did the grocery shopping today. I am walking over to poultry section and a guy under a little pop up asks me if I want to try their beers and has three types poured in small glasses. I said "Where the hell were you 3 weeks ago? I am on day 21!" I kind of feel sorry for the guy; he didn't know how to react.

I am still in the grip of a long expansive hypomanic episode, so I will even tell strangers if they touch on the subject, maybe even if they don't.

I have managed to keep my mouth shut at work except for two people I can trust. There is an after work happy hour event that I need to put in an appearance at due to a personnel change and one of them is my safety person for that.

So I did not succumb...
