Golden you have been looking for more work because your parents want to sell their house so why are you spending large amounts of money when you could soon need to have the expenses of setting up a household of your own. Surely that 800.00could have been used for that especially as nice you have been interviewing so long without success.

I already know this -- hence why it's an addiction. I know it's a problem that is not rational.

I don't see it as that big a deal, to be honest. You could have spent that on shoes and one dress. Different people cheer themselves up in different ways.

Or perhaps several dresses and pairs of shoes, in my case, lol... thanks, Purple. It DID help, that's for sure.

I keep reading this thread as 'addicted to physics' (I have dyslexia)

Still - not a bad idea, get addicted to physics instead, Stephen Hawking and Einstein are much cheaper and gravity and black holes are free

Oh Lordy, I almost FAILED physics, lol. I was a humanities and artsy person in school. Physics, biology, chemistry and math all escaped me.

Carmina, didn't you mistake 'baking' for 'bonking' in a previous thread?

Does "bonking" have the same meaning in GB as it does here in the States? It's kinda obscure "guy talk," but bonking is like doing the horizontal tango...or, used in a sentence, "If you don't bonk, you'll have to wank."

You Freudians. If it's not one thing, it's your mother.

(Literally, the only joke I know).
Thanks for this!

For any non-Freudians reading this, Carmina's comment is absolutely filthy.

I think you are being taken advantage of. There exists a rule of thumb amongst the true practitioners of the Craft: "harm ye none". Within this world of legitimate seers, is also the notion that one does not take money for sharing their gift.

Yes, perhaps so.... that is very possible. But like I've written, they've really helped me to feel better and to get through my breakup.
