Hi...when does having a few glasses of alcohol turn into a problem? I am debating wether I should join the Aa (I have been a binge drinker on and off for many years) but, in this past year or two, I really thought I'd gotten it under control.
Nothing's triggered me, I'm not having a bad time, yet, in the past few days, I've been drinking regularly again. Not excessively and, not to the point of being hammered...but, just because. I like how this makes me feel. Guess it's escapism (home life can be quite challenging) I'm not sure what I'm looking for, so, ty for read x |

A history of binging is a sign. Do you drink alone? Do you lie about whether you have been drinking or how much? Do you drink with intent to get buzzed?
