after getting kicked out...i went to the only place that i knew someone and would take me in...unfortunatly there is alcohol and pot galore...i had never tried pot before....ive been drinking and now smoking for two days...i havent eaten in two days either so far.....for some reason pot is an appeitite suppressant to me.....i dont want to do this ......but i am so much pain from being kicked out and it seems my x and i still love each other ....and all of this is very depressing...i feel like just staying inside....to smoke and drink....in fact ...i have not even had water or anything......all its been in alcohol.....i need to stop.....i only have 9 more days before i go home...i just hope i can stop this. please keep me in your prayers.

(((( Inny )))))

Be careful that this doesn't get out of hand. Drink some water now, and get something to eat.

Inny, I understand where you are coming from.

please, please, please though - try and remember to eat and drink some water from time to time as when you are drinking or taking drugs, it saps the good from your body. Alchohol dehydrates you and can also drive your sugar levels crazy if you are not eating and drugs can sap your vitamins and minerals too. If nothing else, perhaps try and take a multivitamin both during these times and for a while after to help you recover.

Im very glad that you seem to be able to relate the reasons you are doing it to the stress. Recognize that fact, and try to find other ways to deal with it. heck, come here and post to us instead every five minutes if you need to. Ask if you need more ideas for dealing and I will try and come up with a list.

Inny,

Please be careful. Make sure you drink some water and eat something, not doing so can seriously mess up your health. I know it's hard to be in an environment where there are lots of booze and drugs, so at least try to remember to keep yourself safe.
