I have found my dreams about drinking and using drugs have dropped off—I rarely have one any more. I do find myself, sometimes when I am starting to drift off to sleep, fantasizing about getting high. I am not asleep, I am awake and of course in my fantasy, it would feel great to get high. In some ways, I know it is not healthy to fantasize like this…it just seems to happen. Anybody else do this?

I can't say I fantasize about it. Sometimes I find myself wishing I could drink with inpunity but I don't find myself romancing the idea. The tape instantly starts playing and reminds me of where I'd go. Mostly there's just times when I'll have the thought that I wish I could just numb out. But those moments are getting fewer and fewer.

Oh yeah D, I'm right there with ya. Daydreams of getting high seem to vary in frequency but they never seem to go away.
