The Concept of Mental Pain - FullText - Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics 2013, Vol. 82, No. 2 - Karger Publishers

^ This is basically what mental pain originates from, it's connections, etc.

In Mexico, there was a "Farmacia" underneath the apartment building, and along the road.. I counted about 25-30 of them there.

My psych meds are Invega Trinza (Every 9 weeks - It's been almost 10 weeks, as I needed to book an appointment), Vyvanse/Dexedrine (ADHD and negative symptoms of schizophrenia), olanzepine (For DPDR/panic attacks - From a psychedelic overdose in 2016), atenolol (For physical anxiety), zopiclone (Low dose for sleep), pregabalin (To replace phenibut use), lamotrigine (To help prevent suicidal thoughts), clonazepam PRN (In case of a dissociative panic attack), Invega pills PRN (In case of psychosis).

Anyways, I took a Tylenol 3 in Mexico, and felt relief from that. I bought Diazepam and Ritalin (Which was a little fun I guess, helped me to have a good vacation, to relax etc).

I'm wondering if I can ask my psychiatrist for Tylenol 3's (For mental pain) - Cuz if I can just ask my doctor (Here in Canada) now -
Possible trigger:
then it shouldn't be a big deal. Times have changed. The energy has.

I woke up with mental pain today and I've had enough. It's stressing my mom out and she feels helpless.

I hope you chose to stay in this world. There are many other meds for mental pain other than what you mentioned. Please talk to someone about it.

Sorry guys... That was a really bad time. I guess the Invega injection prevents me from abnormal thinking/decisions, cognitive impairment etc.. + The olanzepine.

I have a bit of BPD from relationships too. I didn't really react well to the lamotrigine (So I stopped taking it) - It's pretty okay to feel sad.. Just not too sad I guess.

But since I posted this, I haven't felt much "mental pain". I'm back on my regular meds now..

The only problem I have, is that I find it really hard to wake up in the morning (Which isn't much of a problem..).

Possible trigger:

But that is out of my system.. Things are going okay now.. ^- My mental state has been good for over a week.

But really, this "walking in front of" things - It happened when I was 16 (10 years ago). My life has greatly improved. I just can't believe it's like the same thing that can happen, again...

But I continue.. living. I can't predict the future - But then again, no one can. I try not to take it TOO seriously.. thinking about it all of the time. Life goes on, it continues..

I see my psychiatrist next month.. So I'll mention these things. My mom will probably be there to say the negative things that has happened, cuz I only say positive things lol...
