I'm going there this weekend. By myself. I'm pretty sure you all know why.

Since being in germany I've only managed to get high twice, which is far below my normal usage. I've also been without Tylenol PM for two months and my sleep just hasn't been the same. I can barely sleep the whole night. I never really noticed how bad my habits were until they abruptly stopped.

I need to dream. It's something I haven't done in over two months and it's really starting to affect me. It's the only time I'm ever happy....I've always been able to control my dreams. I guess it's called lucid dreaming, but I can do the same thing in deep sleep. However, since I haven't taken tylenol pm for over two months I haven't had one dream. Well, the first three weeks without tylenol pm I did have some rather all-too-real nightmares that actually caused me to wake up in a sweat. But now even those have passed.

So my question is this. How do you manage to get sleep, without the pills? Mind you, I've been taking 2-3 tylenol pms a night for 2 years now. What can I do to get some decent sleep?

Hi there! I use a CD that is specially made to take the brain into delta wave. It's really kewl!

There are BWGs on the web for free, and also varying patterns for using with it. (All are downloads.) It's similar to what is on the CD I have, but I like the CD better.

Sorry, forgot to explain that a BWG is brain wave generator. So Amsterdam this weekend.

So I found a few BWG songs on youtube and managed to download the mp3 version...I'm going to give them a try tonight. So far the ringing in my ears hasn't stopped from earlier today lol....

I'll give it a try and see if this works for me...thanks.
