Hello my old online recovery family. I'm ba. Lost my place, new kitten suprised me. I got a talking computer woot. Afraid of exclamation point for if I hit the wrong button it takes me away from my typing. To everyone I know, I'm so glad to be back.

For the new members here, hello there. I used to be a frequent member here until I went blk blind seven months ago. Excuse typos as I'm getting adjusted to the talking computer. NOt drunk, promise l o l. I went blind on my three sobriety anniversary. Pretty crazy. now my sobriety date has new meaning, staying sober through something so crazy. Getting adjusted, finally was able to navigate down here. Takes about five mins to scroll all the way down to this forum. I'm gonna go to bed, but had to make a post in my old hime. Talk to ya'll soon.

Hugs,
Rayna

thanks all. insert exclamation points.some of you i've run into on oh other forums, can't stop crying so glad to meet you. zorah so wonderful to hear you and kd so glad to know you're here. i had heard you were under the weather. kd, admin question. are you able to get into my profile and delete all pm's so i can start fresh? also, i need to turn off alall smilies and images and sch as i can't see them and they just make it harder to scroll. tried doing it but can't figure out the chedkboxes. are you able to do that or should i see if brian can? its hard because my computer is short cut keys so he'd have a hard time.

anyway, so glad to be back, words cannot express how happy i am.

Rayna,

So nice to see you back in recovery forum. I've missed you. I'm still running the recovery chat, Tues. nights. I've also gone back to work (can't remember if I'd found a job before you left or not) Anyway it's great - I have awesome flex time, so I can take Mon. afternoons off to go to a womens' support group at the treatment centre I went to. I'm very active in AA, and hope to start volunteering on the phone lines at intergroup in the new year. I'm currently volunteering on the telephone support lines at the centre for addiction and mental health, which is Canada's largest psychiatric hospital. It feels really good to be volunteering there after being a patient there.

I can't believe how much better my life has become since getting sober. It's truly one of the best things I've ever done for myself.

Yes, lady friend.

I'll get into your profile and take off images, delete private messages and anything you need done! You just let me know.

I'm just so glad you're back with us! Don't hesitate to ask for anything you need that's within our capabilities!

Love,

KD

Oh Kimmy that would be awesome. I was just going to take out signatures and basically any images. Just couldn't figure out how to uncheck. If you could do that it would help tremendously. The pm system seems more complicated. I figure if I start fresh it would help. I hate to loose all those messages but it would take me years to sift through lol. Thank you hon.

Splitimage I am so proud of you wow. You sure have come a long way. How's recovery chat going? Hopefully soon I'll be able to get into chat. So tired right now or I'd right more. MS rearing its ugly head yuck.
