I've gained a few pounds from a junk food binge. It's so disheartening to starve, run out of energy, eat a little more, gain weight...I'm trying to be healthy in my food choices, but keep craving sweets. how can you be anorexic but when you eat, it's only sweets which make you gain weight?

Are you wanting to stay active in your behaviors or are you wanting to be recovered? To me it sounds as if you want to stay active. My suggestion is that you talk to your t and/or dietician. They are the ones who can help you the most if you allow them to. I hope you find the answers you are looking for.

I want to be recovered. It's been a long, hard struggle. The most frustrating thing is I know the answers but have lots of trouble applying them.
