I feel so guilty if I don't go to gym or do excersise every day but I just don't want to go! My mom says that if I don't want to go then I mustn't and I don't want to but I feel so bad!

I agree with your mom. Besides, you could do some exercises at home to help you feel better, if you get really upset about not going. Okay?

if you feel it isn't healthy to keep exercising just justify taking a day off. All athletes have recovery days, and it makes them stronger and perform better. Even if you still want to move around you can do something easier like walking.

I always liked having an exercise bike in front of the TV or something that I can watch a movie on while cycling.....that way I can get the exercise & strengthen muscles that definitely need it while relaxing & watching a movie....much better than than going to the gym IMO
