Contrary to what ana is telling me I will try to enjoy my life during the upcoming holidays. I urge everyone to do the same. Don't allow restricting to bring that ever present guilt on you.

Even if I can't eat I refuse to be miserable. You can be happy and not feel guilty for not eating everything in sight. You don't have to listen to the voice in your head that want's you to be permenantly sad.

I'm glad to hear that you are going to try to have wonderful holidays this year. It's wonderful that you are suggesting that everyone else do the same. I hope that you can find a way to eat some of the good things that are being served. Even a little is good.
