I feel so disgusting, Christmas wasn't good and I put on weight.
Feel so disappointed in myself, I'm meant to be in control but I had some big binges and it and the depression took over. Find it so hard, I love food but I also hate it.

it is easy to put on weight over xmas but it generally is only a few pounds and you stabilize to your natural weight after a week or so. so don't let it get to you.

I did also. But weight changes happen as part of life. Your weight will stabilize back out after the holidays.

I did also.....but I figure that I'm going to be having major oral surgery after the first of the year, so a little bit of gaining weight will all come off if not more just before & definitely after the surgery. So better to have a few extra pounds to loose than to be at a low weight then loose it all & end up in a dangerous place weight wise.....this will give me some extra to safely loose.

I have to admit that I don't like the feel I get when I gain the weight.....it sort of feels like there is a weight that is tied to me & I can't move around....even these few pounds don't feel good.....so glad they aren't permanent.
