It is that time again. My mom expects me to eat and I promised I would, but I'm scared and just not ready. I have no idea what to do. I just can't do this. I feel like I have failed. I don't want to see my mom cry for me anymore...I'm just lost.

Hello Puppylove 02: Anorexia is a potentially serious condition. But it is treatable. There are organizations that provide treatment for this specific condition. One such in my area is the Emily Foundation. But there are others as well. Continuing with the struggle you describe, with your mother expecting you to eat, & you dreading the mere thought, let alone the meal itself, is only going to make matters progressively worse. You know that. Please talk with your mom &, together, find the help that you need. I wish you the best...
