I hope you are able to stay hydrated and get some kind of nutrition. I know in times past when I did not eat, I also became unsteady and subject to falling down. Are you able to drink anything to get some nutrients, even a soda?

I think you deserve to have what you need to sustain yourself, and not lose strength or risk your immune system. I don't know what is happening in your life, or if there are medical issues with your diet but I really hope you decide to get nutrition. I don't know you but I am sure you deserve it.

You may not feel like you deserve it...but your body deserves it...just like a car deserves gas so it can run.....our body needs nutrition so that it can run.

I hope if you have a T that you can talk to them about what is causing you to feel that you don't deserve to eat & work through the issues that are causing you to feel this way.

Another thought.......I got so bad when I couldn't eat that I ended up in the medical hospital with a choice of a feeding tube OR a central line IV nutrition which is actually a minor surgery because they have to place the central line in an artery close to your heart & then attach the IV nutrition to that. One time they actually nicked my lung when they were placing the central line & then there was the problem of possible blood clots in my legs. Honestly, eating if even slightly possible is so much better than the medical alternative that WILL happen if you don't eat.

yes. eat. it will help.
when i was anorexic for so many years, i wish i could have just eaten, despite how i felt. because eating really did make me feel better and straighten up my messed up thinking.
