At what point do you need to recieve treatment for an eating disorder and what levels of treatment are there? Like at what point do you enter the 'next level'? I need somone to explain this for me please. .... and maybe even explain what they are like?? All that's ever online when I search for it is inpatient stories and they always sound like stories from a horror film.

Welcome to Psych Central, agrin. I can't be of help with regard to your concerns. (Hopefully there will yet be other PC members who will have some experiences they can share.)

In the meantime, here's a link to an article, from Psych Central's archives, on the subject of eating disorders. Perhaps there will be information in the article that can be of some help:

They bring you to a eating disorder place and have a daily planner, Food planner and activity planner and you have to have tea/coffee with /Yogurt/Biscuits for breakfast, lunch is normally pasta dish,Dinner is a big sunday dinner with dessert is jelly + icecream. You go and join the other anorexics for dinner but not for lunch or breakfast. They also write down how many times you peed and pooped.
