I just found out I am actually stalking a boy. I do this at school, where I watch him, with who he walks, does she have a girlfriend, etc. I thought that was because I have a crush on him and there even was a period where I was jealous about him talking with girls (I even imagine that we are a couple, but there aren't any feelings by my side). We don't know each other. I also do this to other boys, but to a lesser extent. I mainly use projection that they have a crush on me. I also stalk my friends - I know their timetable and when I go to see them I make this look normal - we have class on the same floor on this occasion.

The other thing is food, and especially sweets - I can't stop eating them. Every time I try, i feel annoyed, and when I eat a sweet I feel better.

Have you ever experienced any of these two?

I do this to certain chicks I'm interested in, but to a way lesser extent. I thought everyone did this… this is genuinely a shock to me lol
