How do you cope with the urge to be destructive? I could use advise as I am running out of resources.

What have you tried? Counseling? CBT? DBT? Anger management classes? Meditation? These are just a few. I'm sure others can think of even more. Good luck.

Personally, I'm an artist, so I usually fall back on that. Are there hobbies you like doing to distract yourself with? Like music, running, exercising, crossword puzzles, etc.

I don't go more than 3 days without doing at least 80 pushups a day and other exercises, I drink sometimes, and I watch A TON of porn. Eating helps too, food and sleep are some of the only things worth living for lol
