Any tips on how to shorten the mean, irrational stage sociopaths go through every once in a while? Do you guys have anything someone says that helps when you're in one? If you recognize you do that.... my husband doesn't....or at least how to handle it so it doesn't get out of hand?

No problem, I know not all are the same but for me getting what I want for a little always calms me down.
