Why are you going to therapy?
I took the Levenson Self Report Psycopathy Scale test online. It said 4.8/5 primary psychopathy and 4.7/5 secondary. Thats when i started thinking about it. What kind of risks were you talking about?

The LSRP is mostly used for research purposes and isn't intended as a diagnostic tool. It takes a lot more testing than that to get a good idea of your nature.

As for risks, there's a chance that, if you get the diagnosis, it goes on your record and could be used in court should it ever come to that. A therapist can be subpoenaed. Also, you could be forced into inpatient treatment for being a danger to yourself or others. It's rare, but I've heard of it happening. A buddy of mine nearly got committed for admitting to psychopathic behavior, but he was very violent. I think, if you don't admit to violent or suicidal tendencies and stick with the interpersonal/shallow affect crap, you should be fine.
