Psychopaths are prone to delusions of grandeur.

They are not known for going to therapy of their own volition, but psychology isn't such a precise science that one can say with certainty that a psychopath would never go to therapy willingly. I go, and I still think I'm a psychopath.

True, primary psychopaths don't worry much about anything. But secondary psychopaths can be just as anxious as a normal person.
