I'm to anxious to leave the house most of the time and I'm trying to reach out for support and friendship in the chat room but I always say something stupid and get anxious in there. Any suggestions?

I find the chat rooms an anxious place to be and I don't suffer from anxiety. Perhaps when your anxiety is high, you can stick to posting only.

I agree with Vickie's suggestion. I too get anxious in the chat rooms, because I'm afraid I might say something that offends someone or that somebody won't want me to be there.

Chat rooms don't work well for me. I feel pressured to respond in chat rooms.
