If you told me I have to have a needle in my arm. I start to lose it. Breath in and out very fast feel so dizzy almost want to faint. My mum said that I might have to have one because of something. Then I started to go in panic mood walking backwards until I knock my head on the door. Then I stopped and paused... turned out that everything didn't go too bad. (lol)

Panic is a funny thing. Usually the thing that we panic over is nothing that's going to harm us. It's an irrational fear. I think that the first step to overcoming the panic it to identify the fear and see it for what it is. As you said, it turned out to be not so bad. Good luck dear friend. Take care.
