Hey, I am new to this. I have a 10 year old daughter that is
experiencing signs of separation anxiety. This started about
3 weeks ago. Very difficult getting up & ready for school.
Trying everything I know of to help her. Just breaks my
heart to see her struggling and crying everyday.

You said this started 3 weeks ago, did anything happen that could have caused these feelings that your daughter is having? Could she possibly be having a hard time at school?
When I was in school I was picked on a lot and I hated going to school and would cry every morning because I didn't want to go.
I hope you are able to get to the bottom of this, it sounds very distressing for you and your daughter.

I hope you will consider seeking help from a child psychologist. This is intensely difficult for a 10 year old to experience.

Kind of a red flag, three weeks ago. Did something happen to her?
