I took the anxiety quiz, just to see where my results compared with those from July. This is what I got:

You scored a total of 13

You have answered this anxiety screening in such a way as to suggest that you are not likely currently suffering from an anxiety disorder. Remember that a little anxiety in normal, everyday life is to be expected and is a good thing. Nobody should be without any anxiety whatsoever, as anxiety is our body's way of telling us that we should pay closer attention to a situation, event or person in our lives (even if that person is ourselves). Scoring in this range suggests you have that normal level of anxiety but would not likely qualify for an anxiety disorder diagnosis.

Aren't these the same questions my pdoc asked me to diagnose my anxiety? I don't think my T and pdoc were wrong in their diagnosis, though. Why do you think the quiz would say that I don't have anxiety when I've been diagnosed with it?

It could be from the meds. Do you feel better since you have been on the meds? I know in my case I would score really high without the meds. I'm a mess without my meds.

Maybe you are just going through a period where your anxiety levels are lower.
Maybe the symptoms have stopped a little for now.
Maybe when you were diagnosed, you were going through a much more stressful time
than you are now.The anxiety disorder may be in remission for now, and could
come back.Those test's are not 100% accurate.
Thanks for this!

Thank you The strange thing is that my results were the same as before, when I got diagnosed. I'm not complaining, of course - this is a good thing. I'm just asking, shouldn't this quiz be a little more accurate?
