I get afraid when my family are holding sharp knives that they're gonna stab me. I know this fear isn't logical because they wouldn't hurt me but the fear is still there.

Any ideas how I can stop the fear ?

Have you told your family about your concerns?

Seems to me, Bryony, someone needs to tell you that you are a valuable person, curious, smart, and lovable with the capacity to be kind and compassionate.

If no one else will tell you, I just did. All you have to do is believe it.
Thanks for this!

Just let your family know how you feel so they want have knives around you.
