I have panic attacks and social anxiety which suck and Iam on zoloft and gabapentin and xanax and atarax and I get so fatigue and weak. And I still have panic attacks every day and do go to a shrink but now Iam afraid to let him know that Iam having ocd .Does ocd occurs when you have anxiety attacks for over a year or is ocd a side effect from some meds?

I think that you should tell your Dr. what is going on.

I agree that you should consult your Pdoc. I do know that OCD is a form of anxiety, & people who suffer from it use it as a means of "control" b/c we feel like our lives are so out of control. It doesn't seem unusual to me that your anxiety might progress to a higher level, especially if your anxiety is situational & your meds aren't really helping or need adjusting.
Good luck.

Thank you that is true and I was told by my doctor that my panic attacks are causing the ocd and Iam glad that I got a diagnosed and know what is causing it.
