How come whenever I'm really upset or scared I start to have a bit of a panic attack. Where I can't breath proberly feel dizzy tingel and my eyes start to fade out. It's horriable I can't seem to stop myself for 5 to 10 minutes. Unless someone calms me down. Just panic attacks are quite rare for me they don't happen unless someone else triggers me off. Do you know what I mean...?

I am right there with you. Going thru it right as I type this. My problem is when I get overwhelmed I have that problem. You can get thru it. Just focus on one positive thing and don't let go of it. You will be able to do it. Stay strong and we are here for you.

Thanks, its nothing to bad but its hard to find one positive thing to think about as I'm depressed. I try breath through a paper bag if it happens again but the paper seems to help but doesn't stop it straight away.

Try to think of something good then like your favorite food, think of a happy moment if yoiu have any..

one thing i do when I start to have a panic/anxiety attack is to find a spot on a wall and concertat on it, look at it and make it look like a flower in my mind , change my outlook on the place on the wall, it will make your mind think in a differnt way, if your mind is working the anxiety will go away faster.

it has really started to work for me over the past few weeks.. I have also started reading more it helps me to relax, and forget my life just for a few brief hours.
OR watch movies it does not matter what I watch just as long as I relax..

The more I relax the more I feel safe, the more I no lnoger feel the anxiety, or panic in my soul, ....
Just trying to help..
